NFCommander 由 Asingers 提供。本应用在您的 iPhone 上识别 NFC 标签（包括技术类型与 UID）、读取和写入 NDEF、保存扫描历史，并按您的选择克隆或永久锁定物理标签。我们不要求注册账号，也不运营用于存储您标签内容的云端服务。 NFCommander is provided by Asingers. The app identifies NFC tags on your iPhone (including technology and UID), reads and writes NDEF, keeps scan history, and clones or permanently locks a physical tag as you choose. We do not require an account and do not operate a cloud service that stores your tag contents.

2. 我们不收集的信息 2. What we do not collect
- 不收集姓名、邮箱、电话等账号资料（应用内无需登录）。 No name, email, or phone number for an in-app account (sign-in is not required).
- 不将您扫描、写入或锁定的 NFC / NDEF 内容（含 UID）上传到我们的服务器。 We do not upload NFC / NDEF contents you scan, write, or lock (including UID) to our servers.
- 不接入第三方统计分析、广告追踪或崩溃上报 SDK。 We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs.
3. 标签如何处理 3. How tags are processed
识别、扫描、写入与锁定通过 Apple 的 NFC API 在本机完成。扫描历史（含技术类型、UID、容量与 NDEF 记录）使用 SwiftData 保存在这台 iPhone 上。写入草稿也只存在本机。您可以在设置中清除扫描历史。 Identify, scan, write, and lock use Apple’s NFC APIs on this device. Scan history (including technology, UID, capacity, and NDEF records) is stored on this iPhone with SwiftData. Write drafts also stay on-device. You can clear scan history in Settings.
引导是否完成、免费扫描次数与购买状态等偏好保存在设备的本地设置（UserDefaults）中，仅用于记住您的选择。 Onboarding completion, free-scan counts, and purchase state are stored in on-device settings (UserDefaults) so the app can remember your choices.
4. 系统权限 4. System permissions
本应用可能请求下列系统权限。拒绝授权不影响浏览界面，但相关功能将无法使用。您可随时在系统「设置」中关闭权限。 The app may request the permissions below. You can still browse the UI without granting them, but related features will not work. You can revoke access anytime in system Settings.
- NFC：识别、读取、写入或锁定您主动贴近设备的标签。不会在后台扫描周围的卡片。支付卡与证件由系统处理。 NFC: identify, read, write, or lock tags you hold to the device. The app does not scan nearby cards in the background. Payment and ID cards stay with the system.
5. 购买与第三方 5. Purchases and third parties
高级版通过 Apple App Store 内购处理。我们不会收到或存储您的银行卡信息。Apple 会按其隐私政策处理交易数据。 Premium is sold through Apple In-App Purchase. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Apple handles transaction data under its own privacy policy.
本网站由我们托管，用于产品介绍与本政策公示。访问网站时，托管服务商可能记录常规访问日志（如 IP、时间），用于安全保障，不会与您的标签内容关联。 This website is hosted by us for product information and this policy. The host may keep standard access logs (such as IP and time) for security. Those logs are not linked to your tag contents.
若您通过邮件联系支持，您选择发送的内容由您的邮件服务商传输。请不要在邮件中粘贴敏感卡号。 If you email support, you choose what to send; your mail provider transmits it. Do not paste sensitive card numbers in email.
6. 儿童 6. Children
本应用面向一般用户，不以 13 周岁以下儿童为主要服务对象，也不会故意收集儿童的个人信息。若您认为我们误持了相关信息，请联系我们，我们会尽快删除（实际上我们并无用户账号数据库）。 The app is intended for general users, not children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal data. If you believe we hold such information, contact us and we will delete it promptly (we do not operate a user-account database).
7. 您的权利 7. Your rights
因标签数据与偏好均在本机，您可以通过清除扫描历史、关闭系统权限或卸载应用来停止使用相关数据。根据适用法律（包括中国《个人信息保护法》），您可联系我们查询、更正或删除我们实际掌握的个人信息。由于我们不保存您的标签内容与账号，通常没有可提供的云端副本。 Because tag data and preferences stay on-device, you can clear history, revoke permissions, or uninstall the app. Under applicable law (including China’s Personal Information Protection Law), you may contact us to access, correct, or delete personal information we actually hold. We do not keep cloud copies of your tags or an account profile, so there is typically no server-side copy to provide.
8. 政策更新 8. Changes
我们可能更新本政策，并在本页面与应用内修订生效说明。重大变更时，我们会尽量通过应用内说明或本网站提示。 We may update this policy and will revise the effective date on this page and in the app. For material changes, we will try to note them in the app or on this site.
